Dat mag uiteraard. Overigens zei vettel laatst ook dat hij genoot van Max maar dat die hem ook vaak genoeg over het randje vond gaan. Vond ik ook wel prima uitspraken, stuk genuanceerder dan iemand als massa bijvoorbeeld. Met over het randje gaan is ook niks mis, maar accepteer de consequenties ervan dan als een man. Al is verstappen dat nog maar een paar maanden natuurlijk :p.

Ik wou net zeggen. 

Dat stukje verantwoordelijkheid komt nog wel. 

Maar coureurs zoals Vettel enzo moet je ook met een korrel zou nemen, die zijn zelf niks anders. Ze zien Verstappen nu alleen als toekomstige bedreiging voor hun eigen hachje dus begint het psychologische spelletje al een beetje.

Volgens mij was de essentie van vettel juist heel erg positief, met een kleine kanttekening. De focus lag een stuk meer op het goede

Ik heb het zelf niet gezien dus ik weet het niet maar vaak worden dat soort dingen ook even mooi ingepakt. 
Vettel leest ook de berichtgeving, die weet ook dat Verstappen naar een topteam gaat in 2017.

Ik vindt vooral de inconsistentie kwalijk bij het uitdelen van de straffen. De ene keer worden er 3 punten uitgedeeld en de andere keer 1 punt voor hetzelfde vergrijp. En de tot aan vervelens toe bemoeienis van de wedstrijdleiding is mij ook een doorn in het oog. Racen wordt nauwelijks  meer toegestaan.

Misschien komt dat ook doordat er steeds oud-coureurs bij de stewart bijzitten. Ik heb de indruk dat die door natuurlijk overwicht (zij zijn beroemde oud-coureurs dus zullen het wel weten) de 'normale' stewarts misschien overrulen?

Zou kunnen, maar je zou juist denken dat er dankzij zo'n oud coureur minder snel gestraft word en voorvallen eerder als ''racing incident'' af worden gedaan. Hoe dan ook verklaart het niet de willekeur aan straffen, hooguit de willekeur aan wat toelaatbaar is en wat niet. Een vaste groep stewards, al dan niet met ex F1 piloten, zou aan die willekeur 'n einde maken. Iets wat je de ene week niet toelaatbaar vind, vind je twee weken later immers ook niet oke. Doe je dit wel, dan zullen de overige stewards je terecht wijzen. Resten er alleen nog vaste straffen voor ieder vergrijp. Pas dan kan men consequent arbitreren. Helaas hebben ze dat bij de FIA nog niet door.

Je moet denk ik 2 ex F1 coureurs hebben die alle races doen, eventueel afwisselend, die na elke race een briefing met elkaar hebben. En een vaste groep stewarts. De coureurs bepalen alleen of iemand fout zit of niet, de stewarts bepalen de strafmaat aan de hand van een stramien vaste richtlijnen.

The driver of car seven drove in a potentially dangerous manner when leaving the pit lane.   
The stewards cleared Lewis Hamilton of involvement in a similar incident, noting: 'During free practice two an official message was sent referring to an incident involving car 44, Lewis Hamilton being under investigation at the end of the session. As no official summons was sent to the team after the end of the session, the stewards would like to confirm that a preliminary investigation was undertaken into the incident in the pit lane and no further action was warranted in this case.'
